This is my mom and Garrett on his first Christmas. (2001) I love this picture of them. It was Christmas night and we went to her house to eat Christmas supper. Mom makes the best turkey and dressing and giblet gravy! She had cooked all day long and was glad when we finally got there. She lives in Louisiana. Doesn't she look so pretty here? Garrett looked so sweet in his little Christmas outfit. He was 7 months old here.

Jason's First Christmas
I haven't done a post on my Christmas blog since January so I thought I would do one tonight. I remembered these precious pictures that I had taken of Stevie and my sweet grand baby, Jason on Christmas day. This was Jason's first Christmas. He looks like a doll in these pictures!
Every time that Jason sees Stevie his little face lights up! He gets a huge smile on his face and so does Stevie!

Little empty 'cottage' shop...
Look what we ran across last year. A little empty store called 'The Cottage' . It's in a little town about 45 miles from my cottage where I live. Oh how I wish the economy was better and I had the money to open my own shop. We rode by there recently and it is still empty and it has been almost a year.
Here I was standing in front of one of my favorite flower bushes. I just love Wisteria! They are so beautiful! I was a little bit scared and you can probably tell in the picture. There were bees flying all around me and I DO NOT like being around insects! I don't dislike them because I know they have a job to do and they are important. I just don't like getting too close to them.
Have a great Friday! Today is my day off and I'm gonna spend it with my son Cole. I might even get him to go to a couple of thrift shops with me. If I find anything good, I will post pictures. I have to go and check on my booth at the Vendor's mall and add a few things to it. I still have it but was able to move it closer to the front when a new space became available. Elfs...wish you a Merry Chistmas
I hope all of my friends out there are having a good holiday season! We only have a few days 'til Christmas! I was reading Polly's blog at 'Counting Your Blessings' and she has the cutest elf video with herself dancing as an elf. I thought it was so cute that I decided to make two videos. I have one on each of my blogs. This disco dance stars my sons Cole and Garrett and my daughter Christy and my friend Stevie's little girl, Hailey and of course...me. I think this is so funny! Every time that I watch it, I just laugh and laugh! Garrett laughs so much when he watches it! I love to hear him laugh! Cole got a big kick out of it too! All he could say was "that's crazy!" LOL
Christy and Hailey haven't seen it yet. I can't wait to show them!
Merry Christmas! Hope you get a laugh out of this! Before you watch it, go to my playlist and turn it off. I know you are gonna laugh! This is the closest that I will ever get to dancing!

Sassy in the snow
These pictures were
taken the other day when it snowed. I never know what order my pictures will load. I wanted the one with my little deck before Sassy made footprints on it, to be first. I had to put her out for her morning pee-pee and she did not want to go! She said that she would like to pass on the pee -pee break! She would much rather be inside with her mama decorating the little pink Christmas tree in the dining room where it is warm and cozy!

Making memories...
This my tree this year. I'm not finished with it yet. We haven't even started the white tree in the den yet. I love how the colors and the roses match my china.

Getting the tree ready. Christmas is almost here. I have never been this late on my decorating before. Oh well...as long as it gets ready before Santa comes!
I decided to decorate one night before I went to bed. I couldn't sleep so I thought I would try and get a little decorating done. That same day ( you can see that I only have one rose on the tree.) before Garrett went to school. He is my handsome little man. He doesn't want to help me do this tree. He says that it's too girly. He will help me decorate the white tree in the den, soon.
